Practice what you preach. DEI and psychological safety are not just tropes. You have to actually practice it day to day including not falling pray to bias - confirmation, fundamental attribution etc.
Setting realistic financial targets & hiring 200+ sales directors
Empathy. Compassion. Leadership. Motherhood. Consistency.
They are requiring us to come back in the office after touting work from home. They are even reviewing badge swipes to make sure we are coming in. Are you kidding me. Micromanagement is rampant. Not allowed to turn off the lights in our cubes(they give us headaches). Awful culture. Toxic.
Practice what you preach to clients! Pay people fairly based on the cost of living in their city not based on South Bend, IN. Address the diversity and inclusion issues that you know you have particularly for African Americans and LISTEN for once to the employees who actually do the work!

We encourage you to reach out to our Chief Human Resources Officer, Cassandra Willis-Abner, directly about your concerns.
No raises; eliminated 401k match; bonuses cut
More opportunity across the organization to invest.
I don't have enough space on here to answer this question! The compensation is ridiculous for the amount of work required. They moved positions that were hourly to salary in order to avoid paying overtime when they explicitly knew these positions require overtime to get the job done.

Our HR team constantly evaluates compensation to reflect the market. Work life and flexibility are the top priorities we strive to provide for our clients. We encourage all staff to take advantage of our unlimited PTO and flexible hours.
I need a big raise

Thank you for this feedback. The HR team consistently reviews compensation and benefit offerings to ensure they currently aligned with the market. We encourage you to reach out to your HRBP with to discuss any concerns.
We are paid below market (maybe 75% of fair market value, depending on role). Our benefits are awful--despite what our CEO who refuses to accept that archaic leave policies are great, says.

We conduct ongoing analysis of our compensation programs to ensure we remain competitive with the market. We encourage you to share your feedback with your manager and your HRBP as we remain committed to being one of the best places to work.

More positive comments, stop being negative
Nepotism is a big part of this culture and diversity and lack thereof is a huge issue that the company pretends to address but never does.

Thank you for your perception of what it is like working at Press Ganey. We encourage you to speak directly to your HRBP or manager.

The word improve only applies to the number of negative things that is done !!!
I don't see a solution. This company has changed so much in the past 2 years. Many are actively rooting against senior leadership. We are upset and feel underappreciated.
