To provide online training on time and be there for their team. There are many things to be improved for sure. Mentaly its the worst when you dont have support from your leaders.

They have to do team meetings as we never had one for each possition
It's not they're fault. We're all stressed and overworked.

To include equolity between people's understanding and give chance to people learn and be motivated
