They all know how to roll with the punches and support each other on hard days.
I got to meet several different people who had been there for 5-20+ years. Everyone was kind.
Most of them have an open door policy and at least my direct management team is caring and tries to solve problems and passes feedback along.
The "core values" that they claim to uphold. At least most of the management in the contact center tries to utilize it and treats the employees with respect.
Some executive changes brought a person or a few people who decided to outsource one pf our most important departments (BAD IDEA) because they only value sales. When I started at Princess, it was a wonderful work environment and I felt respected. Now? not so much
The contact center handles a LOT of ever changing policies and product formation in addition to customer care that is not always pleasant. The pay raises are pitiful and the starting rate should be higher. Not to mention changes to the structure of our center that are 100% sales and profit centered
