- What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process is multi-tiered, beginning with a recruiter, then moving on to a manager. They were very communicative about when I would hear back from them.
- What makes you most happy at work?The lack of pressure and stress makes me so happy to work at ProAssurance. Deadlines are reasonable and we are given the time and the tools we need to complete projects.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?ProAssurance is very family friendly and flexible when it comes to needing to be away, taking PTO, etc.
