What did you like most about the interview process?The onsite tour and the ability to speak with employees.
What makes you most happy at work?We work very hard to make sure we deliver quality products to our customers on time every time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Recognition for our efforts, engagement with managers and the ability to go further up the chain of command, if needed, we have a hotline as well and we are treated and rewarded for our productivity and safety record.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I think it would be better if we all werent so tired from working 60 hours a week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Mamagement does not care about you. It doesmt matter how hard you work
