Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel for the compensation is not equivalent for all what is expected of the job, there is a lot more expected which i did not know about taking the job and it seems keep on wanting more.

Better pay, safer working conditions

Real health insurance - United - the insurance they moved us to this year is terrible, they deny claims, they have told me to use a different hospital other than my own

Professionalism would be great from staff

I feel undervalued and surrounded by toxicity.

Merit raises that actually account for cost of living

Nobody cares that I pick up dayss

I feel as though I put so much effort and caring into it and it’s what our patients deserve, but staff also deserves to be shown appreciation by being compensated appropriately. Many other health centers pay much high

Competitive raises and more affordable health care. Flexibility. Bringing back the small bonuses and gifts.

Review from Finance Dept

19 yrs and didn't get my wage increase when everyone else got theirs. Brought it to the executive director and nothing.

Better health care and dental

the company did not pay me for a week worked

As a 20 year RN I am paid less than a new LPN at a nursing home - I am still not at top pay and i have expanded my knowledge base by getting my BSN and working as a clinical instructor at another facility. Our retirement is paid out once a year so it cannot compound theoughout the year.

Promedica does not recognize us as what we are. They lump us in with MA's and that is not what we do. We have levels of certification just like nurses do. Our pay is way under the average compensation based on certification standards.

To listen to your employees and have supervisors that really work with their employees and not work from home but with their employees at work locations

Why work 80 hours a week for multimillionaires who treat their hardest workers with compleye disrespect?

Our raises are pathetic on 19-20 cents. The pto system is ridiculous there are fast food employees getting paid better than us and better benefits

The housekeeping staff makes more than the clinical staff,

My ADM, OM, DON made me feel as if I was an annoyance. I was stuck in a back office with a computer that had IT problems, and then let go from my position for "not seeming to be a good fit" Was given less than 5 minutes to gather my belongings and pressed off the property.
