Better staffing. Stop recruiting employees and promising large sign on bonues and when you dont pay out they leave. Better patient to staff ratios. The entire culture is terrible the pay definitely is under the market.
Little to no structure in the facility
Too many things to list.
Poor exec leaders. Greed caused them to buy into new businesses. Drives up heath care costs
Listen listen listen listen to your employees. Take stock in them who in turn will work hard for the company!!
Staff is burnt out and always feeling short handed. Allow more hires for front office
Management only cares about the amount of encounters and not the patient. If they focused less on the total number and more on the patient everyone would be more happy overall
bad MANAGEMENT it is ran poorly VERY BAD
Everything but nobody cares at all.
HSL needs to have an overhaul done. Communication is no where to be found and the transition in management was messy and not done very well.

More investment in employees. ERGs, and more events that people would be eager to attend. They're trying, but a lot of the events are not enticing at all or cost money. Their diversity needs to be improved/appreciated and it is not. This company is way behind compared to other companies nearby.
Unrealistic expectations. Attention to the acuity of the patients, not only the numbers of patients. Customer service is a big part of patient care.
