I feel for the compensation is not equivalent for all what is expected of the job, there is a lot more expected which i did not know about taking the job and it seems keep on wanting more.

Better pay, safer working conditions

Real health insurance - United - the insurance they moved us to this year is terrible, they deny claims, they have told me to use a different hospital other than my own

The lack of FT RNs left had direct effect on quality of care provided to hospice patients. My RN coworkers had warned me that I should not stay with Heartland as a long-term career. They spoke of being mislead, over worked, forced into on call coverage, and having to neglect pt care to complete ppwk

Better pay for all staff including the therapy department

Stop advertising compassionate care and 24/7 availability when it is flat out untrue. Provide better support to your in field teams.

I feel there is discrimination in the interview process.

My employment process took OVER A MONTH to complete. In which time I turned down 6 other prospective employers. The OM couldn't verify drug screening and delegated me, a person of non employment yet to confirm my own UA. Very unprofessional. During my initial interview, the ADM was very distracted

Grr HR people whive graduayed from college.

Better staffing. Stop recruiting employees and promising large sign on bonues and when you dont pay out they leave. Better patient to staff ratios. The entire culture is terrible the pay definitely is under the market.

Little to no structure in the facility

Too many things to list.

Poor exec leaders. Greed caused them to buy into new businesses. Drives up heath care costs
