Prudential Internship Program

For 10 weeks each summer, students from across the country join Prudential to learn from top professionals, take on substantive work and show what they can do.

Interns have often told us that the most important parts of their time at Prudential were outside their formal role – so we redesigned our internship program to make sure you have the chance to gain exposure to business areas and growth opportunities beyond your primary area of focus. You will join your new colleagues for networking with senior executives, professional development workshops and volunteer events.

You will leave the program with specific projects and tangible skills to add to your resume – and the professional and personal relationships to accelerate your career.
