What needs to change to make the company culture better?Noone should be making less than $20 a hr minimum in a chemical processing plant based on hazard pay alone. All members of management are from the same hometown and are friends and family. Anyone outside of that circle will be treated unfairly, be underpaid and over worked.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They could actually do their job and clean up their work areas like they are required to do. Majority of the workforce at the plaqumine location are elderly and not in the best shape. So they look to the younger employees to carry their workload.
