They're quite friendly and I can relate to them

No one ever looks down on anyone. There is an environment of mutual respect and care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to discuss my pay with them, because I feel like I am being underpaid.

They are pretty organized. I can't speak to this very much given I haven't been here for as long
