What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Benefits are the best part of my compensation package. We were out of state and we went to an Urgent Care and needed a prescription for an allergic reaction. The cost was so shockingly low that the pharmacist said, "WOW, you have amazing coverage!"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sapient is known ti have lower salaries compared to similar positions at other consulting firms. I could get a 30-50% increase if i moved companies right now, and our benefits are relied on too heavily and "oversold" as making up that difference. Same goes for teammates across multiple domains

Pay comparable to market and comparable to new hires being brought in at same level, and more company-paid health benefits

What did you like most about the interview process?
The problem solving aspect of the interview. I was given a case study and asked to design a solution for a particular scenario. Then I was asked to present it to a core panel.
