Making the client happy and coming up with solutions to difficult problems. Earning the trust of your client through delivering quality work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their dedication to always doing their best and what is right for the client. There are some amazingly smart people that work here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Inclusive nature across the board. They are always working to do what is best for the company while still having the employee's interests at the heart of each decision.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The problem solving aspect of the interview. I was given a case study and asked to design a solution for a particular scenario. Then I was asked to present it to a core panel.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Benefits are the best part of my compensation package. We were out of state and we went to an Urgent Care and needed a prescription for an allergic reaction. The cost was so shockingly low that the pharmacist said, "WOW, you have amazing coverage!"
