Sense of community, passion for work, looking out for one another, celebrating accomplishments together, lifting each other up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sapient is known ti have lower salaries compared to similar positions at other consulting firms. I could get a 30-50% increase if i moved companies right now, and our benefits are relied on too heavily and "oversold" as making up that difference. Same goes for teammates across multiple domains
