Customers are rude somtimes and our mamagers chouse their sode instead of telling the customer "Im sorry but you can't treat our emplyeyes in that way at all" so we are going to ask you to leave!

Being real and helping us to grow! Not to grow or line their pockets
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, bank of america is offering 21 dollars an hour and im only getting 13.25 an hour and i have been there 3 years
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k nice, stock great, pay cpuld be a lot better, that way people would stay longer and be happier by making a real change in out community
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together, but we need more support in healping us grow to better us and to learn more skills in the work place, i feel that we are not shown enough to really pull our wiegth
