When everyone actually shows up for work and being able to leave on time
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of us get along it's mainly a workers vs the mangers thing until it's not because everyone is exhausted
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers just sit around all day and tell everyone else to get to work and over work the hell out of us and leaving early because of being sick our exhausted ends badly
