Always willing to help out and take care of customers needs

Again management produce manager is the worse at store 816 and should be fired .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Just being respectful to other associates and not treat them like kids we are all adults here.

Don't really know to be honest everyone is not happy with the company and how much it has changed over the years
