The best parts of Publix's compensation package is our stock ownership program, paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance.

Our leadership team practice an open door policy. This policy allow associates to have direct access to the people in charge.

What makes me most happy at work is finding new ways to do my job well and helping others to do there jobs better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are literally a family. We treat each other as well as we treat our customers. As team we are always looking for ways to improve service and optimize productivity.
