Management could be better. Work life balance could be better. More hours and more money could be better. Being given an opportunity to work in a different department would be better. Overall this company is just completely miserable and terrible. No I do not recommend Publix to anyone job wise.

There's nothing that can be done to make things better.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There's nothing to improve. Because it will only make things worse.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's a lack of communication. Too much drama, click's, plus too much gossip. Also one of them being way too overly preachery.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have favorite customers that I see often on a daily basis. They always make me smile/happy when I see them. Especially the Instacart & Shipt shoppers. Super friendly & very sweet customers. I adore them like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like my current manager. Especially when she cut my hours on purpose. Now I get paid less. I go from paycheck to paycheck. I am broke every week. Along with zero $$$ in my checking. I have bills to pay. I have medical bills to pay. Car note, car insurance, rent, water bill, electric bill etc
