The most positive are peoples attitudes, even when people dont want to be there they still are positive enough to have a decent outlook which helps set a good tone for the day
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was a typical interview proccess, they noticed my background and actually hired me on for a different area compared to what i was called for. it turned out best in the end because i would not have enjoyed the alternative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like our overall pay when you start to become management is incredibly low, considering there are stock clerks making more than I am and they do far considerably less work. I think raises should be more fair, and a possible stock increase for those of us who want to stay with the company
