Publix Super Markets – The level of incompetence of senior level officers is astounding. A company that has been around for a 100 years should have the daily ins-and-outs down to a science. They don't. Waste abounds everywhere. The treatment of employees scheduling is horrendous. I truly think the only thing that matters | Comparably

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employee scheduling. The staff is always under staffed. The employees are overworked and underpayed for the work they do. Recognition for daily employee/ customer recognition is hardly done. But a bad report is immediately noted.
