What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that even part-time employees are given stock, vision, dental, and 401k.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along and there is a family mentality, but there is some bickering. There tends to be high school drama sometimes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is more the nature of the job and the expectations of the customers rather than the job. Publix tries to give us compensation for the stress
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because the work environment can be so fast paced and people demanding everything come now, we work together to get the service done. It encourages us to be a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every manager I have met, even the district manager, will work as a bagger, or do jobs with the other employees. It really gives great motivation to see that they are not too good to do even our jobs with us.
