What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall atmosphere of the people and customers who visit the store who end up being like family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just am not a big fan of working, it has nothing to do with the job or company itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding to the hourly group and they help out when necessary, even if "cashiering" or "bagging" isn't their job. If help is needed, they will not hold back because their position is higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together as a team for the most part. No job is perfect, no team is perfect, but overall, especially for a grocery store, this is not a bad place to work at all.
