Very frustrated with the lack of agreement with my leaders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay long term employees better, and management work together with their team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leadership leaves me alone to do my job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Store manager needs to stop micromanaging the Grocery leaders, and my bosses need to learn to work together instead of fighting each other on every turn.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of us work well together, but there is some people that are not team players. Also, if my management led by example, the employees would be more likely to follow suit.
