What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, managers and the opportunities to succeed I have every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude of the workers and willingness of every associate to try and provide the best customer service possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along extremely well, work together well, respect each other, help each other, and overall we just have great teamwork which is by and large due to management picking the right people to work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Certain positions at the job are underpaid, even the team leader position which is essentially a management position, does not make a livable wage. Customer service staff and team leaders are underpaid for the level of work that they do.
