managers are rude and condescending to employees.

easy and personable questions from interviewer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i am part time and i do not use my benefits but i hear they are great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better about treating everyone fairly. They also should let us go home on time, usually we have to stay an hour or so late.
