Not intimidating those who are new into finding work or are a rehire.

The history and legacy, along with the cleanliness, as well as organization of their stores layouts.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work as a team and help each other. Which, allows us to be relieved of stress, anxieties, and the pressures of responsibilities, among our tasks and customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a hardworking part-time employee and wanting to continue being an employee for Publix, they should reinstate Sunday pay for everyone who is full time or part-time; in addition, bring back vacation pay for part-timers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and listening to suggestions, as well as concerns of their employees in regards to complaints and concerns. Not, giving away the store, but rather having the customers continue to shop and spend, along with a pleasant shopping experience.
