The overall environment. I love my team and there are always those customers that make the job worthwhile

My interview, though a few years ago, was very positive and introduced me to the culture of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything. That is the culture. Everyone has a smile on their face and goes above and beyond to help others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Almost all of the leaders I have encountered genuinely care about their associates. Whether they be from store or corporate level. Everyone shows passion for their job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im not sure what is meant by compensation package, but the benefits are great. The stock alone will allow me to retire at an earlier age.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone treats everyone like family. Ive been to multiple stores and every one of them is the same. You're greated with open arms. Its a joy coming to work.
