What I like best about my leadership team is that they know how to get work don’t effect
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me most happy when managers leave me alone, when they arnt standing around the front watching. Most happy when they let me cashier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard to get full time and they hire too many new people, I been there four years and only have dental insurance. So hard to get the benefits cause I need to keep a certain amount of hours which I do not get.
