The way that co-workers really end up being your family, and toxic behavior is not tolerated.

Being able to help customers when they've had sudden, tragic events or being able to celebrate their happiness with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People who make it high up into leadership with this company did so because they climbed the ranks themselves. I love knowing that upper management/leadership have been where I am, and that anything is possible with this amazing company.
