Work force is easy, management is terrible, they dont follow the culture of the company they sell you and also there is no chances for promotions or full time, even tho you work like a full time, not the company it was told to me 10 years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Either a raise in the minimum or less workforce.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willing to work as a team, friendly and also willing to help. (Management hates this)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont really have anything good to say about culture and environment more than toxic and undervalued
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was nice, they talk to you about the culture and the policy about "publix" but they dont enforce it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing your efforts, better communication skills, fair treatment to workers, rating workers for performance not favoritism, encouragement to stay with the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to work on their people skills, payment and worker appreciation, they need to have more workers - manager meetings, also be more polite close doors policy
