Just awful! ZERO support from management! Loved my customers and coworkers, but those of us employees who went above + beyond, came in for others on our days off, and always went the extra mile simply because it was the right thing to do were always taken for granted, unappreciated. etc. Shameful!
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers, coworkers, serving others, and knowing that I have made a difference!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My store is so desperate for new hires because of high turnover that they barely even interview you. They just give you a pass and see if you work out. So sad and says a lot about their priorities.
