Yes - The people doing the hardest work are paid the least. The executives all make 10 times what the average employee does.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the worker bees are great. I'm sure that everyone is feeling burned out but theg deliver great work anyway.

It used to be that I could manage projects ans get things done. Now there are too many cooks in thr kitchen for even basic decisions.

They need a complete revamp in the company
