  • About average. Bonus are very good and equal out to 6-9% of your base salary. They do not give yearly raises. You have to fight tooth and nail and then they still won't give them.

  • Quiet. Everyone has their own office. Everyone focuses on their own work and doesn't brainstorm. Normally work 48 to 52 hours a week depending on deadlines

  • Pretty chill. Everyone treats each other like adults when it comes to deadlines. Work week is 40 to 48. Pretty normal

  • Chief Creative Officer leads. Followed by a group of talented Creative Directors who's background is in copywriting and advertising. Each office has a mix of Art directors and mid level designers. All the creatives are very talented.
