What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The junior partners who have taken over the direction of the firm and has changed it for the negitive and turned Purple into another consulting agency
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Senior leadership needs to clearly define goals and how the company is financially doing. They also need to clearly show what they want Purple to be. We are turning into just another consulting agency and we are losing the magic that made Purple great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to be open with employees what the yearly goals are and How the company is doing financially. No one knows and it kills the culture as we are all scared for losing out jobs. We love Purple, the clients, and coworkers. Management is terrible at managing us and doesn’t look after us
