What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like how theyre looking towards the futurte
Lots of improvements at Purple over the last few years. They are focused on building strong culture, and treat employees extremely well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be open with employees what the yearly goals are and How the company is doing financially. No one knows and it kills the culture as we are all scared for losing out jobs. We love Purple, the clients, and coworkers. Management is terrible at managing us and doesn’t look after us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
95% of health care cost is covered and it is a good plan.
Purple offers very aggressive salaries, and strong bonuses for high performers.
management is out of touch and doesn't award the hard work of junior level staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish i had known that purple doesnt do cost of living raises. They do yearly end of year bonuses but no raises. After two or three years, you have to fight hard to get a raise. When interviewing, negotiate well, as you won’t get a raise for years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely smart and hard working coworkers.
Purple has a great talented group of folks. All hard working. All want to grow. Management and leadership is the problem. They are secretive and don’t give staff the reasorces or help that they need. Too much senior partners who arent connected to the day to day projects

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team environment. People work hard, and are proud of the work they produce.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior leadership needs to clearly define goals and how the company is financially doing. They also need to clearly show what they want Purple to be. We are turning into just another consulting agency and we are losing the magic that made Purple great

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The junior partners who have taken over the direction of the firm and has changed it for the negitive and turned Purple into another consulting agency
