More PTO!!! Salary employees have a pathetic amount of PTO. BHTs are poorly compensated since they take the brunt of client's outbursts, anger, & complaints. Without BHTs, a facility would shut down. I think they forget the value in having a strong foundation. Without that, atructures couldn't stand
The benefits are HORRIBLE for a family. They pay too little compared to other companies

Higher wages for the amount of work halfway does. We aren't inpatient, we do so much more then their techs
