What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need Director of Nursing, staff meetimgs, staff accountability. Leadership to do their part when it comes to dealing with employee issues/complaints/concerns. Thry do nit address issues, they sweep things under the rug.
Everything, communication, empathy, putting ego to the side, organization, tmostly training.
Communication, respect to team& clients
Allowing autonomy for their employees and paying employees better
Support, cummuncation, honesty, advice respect
Support, intergrity, compassion, honesty, caring.
Everything in the Staff and get people that really do give a shit about the clients that come in that door
