Openness and communication. Jody was always willing to accommodate and work with me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need Director of Nursing, staff meetimgs, staff accountability. Leadership to do their part when it comes to dealing with employee issues/complaints/concerns. Thry do nit address issues, they sweep things under the rug.
Everything, communication, empathy, putting ego to the side, organization, tmostly training.
Communication, respect to team& clients
Allowing autonomy for their employees and paying employees better

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It covered all the bases of needs.
They really make sure you are taken care of when it comes to your well being
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pat rate needs to be raised
More PTO!!! Salary employees have a pathetic amount of PTO. BHTs are poorly compensated since they take the brunt of client's outbursts, anger, & complaints. Without BHTs, a facility would shut down. I think they forget the value in having a strong foundation. Without that, atructures couldn't stand
The benefits are HORRIBLE for a family. They pay too little compared to other companies

Coworkers are hardworking and go above and beyond for the clients, despite little to no recogonition.

Free food, conversation pieces with SOME employees. Encouraging those clients who have challenges and clocking out

Every department feels like they are their own team but all departments work for the company
