Team culture is about execution focus, collaboration and results. People are willing to help each other every day, and the culture is visible across the organisation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong leaders, with an impressive vision for the company. Leaders lead by example - both with customers and with execution. All leaders within the company are approachable, professional and maintain an honest and open culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
A fantastic suite of products that help our customers meet and even exceed their business potential. Our customers are willing to collaborate to make our products better and more suitable to their specific industries - including their competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation, especially cash component is above market - as it is a start up business. The stock component is at market. Benefits are standard, however the company takes care of its employees needs and responds to their requests very quickly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
One change I expect is to have more structured work processes - especially with training, documentation and meetings. People are extremely execution focussed, and sometimes spread too thin. With more experienced professionals joining the company over recent months, expect more structure in our work.
