Pretty good now. As a newbie I found it exceedingly hard. There wasn't a training plan, or sharing of domain knowledge.

Having good technical discussions :-)
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are friendly and the old-timers have good domain knowledge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The comp's fine. Stock equity is quite low IMO, at least mine is. Benefits especially medical insurance, is much worse than other places I've worked at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CTO is great to work with - technical and very approachable. The leadership team seems to be doing the right things in making CLS an important name in Fin-tech.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People are friendly. But from where I stand, not very disciplined, we could be much more efficient if we didn't work in bouts of cowboy coding. People are also somewhat chatty and many meetings degenerate into long chats. Not everyone demonstrates ownership and accountability.
