Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

long term incentives are signaling that senior leadership is doing the minimum to take care of employees so that too many don't leave.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay here is not competitive

Review from Customer Success Dept

After discussing compensation with a number of similarly-leveled employees, I discovered that I am significantly underpaid. When I went to our HR team to inquire about this discrepancy, I was told that their investigation yielded no issues with my pay but was not shown data to support this claim.

Review from Operations Dept

Reasonable goal setting and alignment with business development based on the local market

Review from Sales Dept

If I were paid appropriately for the level of responsibility and risk that I manage. It's clear that compensation makes decisions in a nutshell since most teams feel similarly that employees are not paid fairly in the market.

Review from Finance Dept

Pay increased by less than inflation. At the same time, prescription benefits were cut, hurting people with medical problems. Overall, I'm getting less out of my benefits this year, my medical costs went up, and my pay decreased compared to inflation.

Review from Operations Dept

1. What was promised during initial discussion was not paid. 2. Orgn has not consider my last 6 years of experience and the same was discovered after joining the orgn.

Review from Sales Dept

I would feel better about my compensation if it matched what I would be paid by competitors (and if it matched what I know peers in the same level are making within my own org). In short, the company should be able to prove to me with org-wide data that I am being paid fairly.

Review from Operations Dept

More flexible bonus and promotion. Today you have to wait 6 mo - a year and other opportunities come faster than that

Review from Sales Dept

Apart from salary I feel Qualtrics should be at par if not best in other benefit to the employee for eg travel expense, health insurance just to name few in which Qualtrics is far far behind in the Industry

Review from Sales Dept

Qualtrics is not like gitlab where pay is connected with cost-of-living. We have absolutely crazy pay levels in Seattle and much lower in other locations. Yet, we all worked remotely for last year and a half. This doesn't make much sense.

Review from Engineering Dept

given my expertise, I am at the low end of the pay band.

Review from Product Dept

Higher base salary. I came in on a low salary as I was promised I’d be able to ramp quickly. This has been a

Review from Sales Dept

Overall the total comp package is good when compared externally against other companies from a big picture stand point. But internal comparison of base salary levels and equity grants are a bit arbitrary, and some have to put in considerable more effort than others to leverage the "meritocracy"

Review from Sales Dept

More base would be nice.

Review from HR Dept

Last time I got a raise it was only $500 for the year despite achieving a 4 rating.

Review from Business Development Dept

Since we are in a pandemic, my company decided to cut off almost all my benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe the market rate for my skills and experience is higher than what Qualtrics pays me. Regardless, I choose to continue working at Qualtrics because I believe the experiences and development I receive justify the compensation gap for the time being.

Review from Operations Dept

Limit to no stock options for most employees and no refreshers for lower levels. Qualtrics leadership just made a lot of money but the rest of its employees didn't.

Review from Operations Dept

promotions and advancements are on merits, which I love, it's great to reward effort. However, there is a big discrepancy on the different levels you are brought in at. So unfortunately, not everyone starts on an even playing field in the beginning, which then makes the "meritocracy" a little skewed
