Fair pay and generous PTO
The benefits are fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is to have a little easier time with the HR department when it comes to explaining and executing benefits.
The compensation packages here are competitive and fair. They reflect the value the company places on its employees, with good benefits and opportunities for growth that make you feel rewarded for your hard work.
Solid basic benefits that meet my needs, good stock options, and a healthy company match 401k
Review from Operations Dept
The 401 k and stock options we have as well as health benefits
The best part about the Quest compensation package is the free labs!
Performance incentives and yearly Bonus.
Not one particular thing, as a whole it works together nicely.
The insurance benefits we receive
Paid time off days adequately
Free labs for Quest employees and their families.
They shift diff is the best
Our total rewards package includes elements that are individually driven as well as company performance driven. I value the comprehensive nature of the package overall.
Review from Operations Dept
Hourly pay rate and benefits
annual bonus, although we are told how much money we collect from patients is reflected in our bonus
The best part of the benefits package is the lab card and having free lab work.
The bonus and equity plans are very competitive.
balance between wages and incentive.
PTO is quite good. Scheduling, not so much
Balanced equity plan that rewards long term performance
Corporate needs to appreciate front line workers. Without us yall would have nothing. No sample would be collected, no tests would be ran and our couriers would not deliver to testing facilities.
We’ve had our benefits whittled down every year. We are told we are taking on higher healthcare costs for our benefit. They don’t do cost of living increase and don’t expect much of a bonus. Also we’re told not to be a victim!? I could go on
sub-market as a strategy isn't great
Overworked and underpaid. Quest doesn't value or respect their employees' worth or the hard work they put do. Pay a livable wage! There's no work life balance working at Quest!
Workload expectation leads to no work life balance. Very stressful for a supervisor. Expected to take on extra all while being told by corporate and HR that we are the reason there is a high turn over when it is really corporate that does not listen to our suggestions to make it a better environment
Compensation is nothing compared to the amount of patients that was being served as a Phlebotomist. It is unlawful to have 45 patients in from 6:30 to 3:00 pm non stop. The management does more care for a break or exhaustion, rather he just want to see the good flow of the patients being served.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Recognition for the work we do and fair pay.
Review from Operations Dept
Getting paid for the workload and worth.
The company consistently does not compensate fairly its internal employees transfer. It pays more to its external candidates with less experience and qualifications.
Phlebotomy are at the bottom of the chain and replaceable per management. Maybe put just a little bit more value to the workers
The amount of information that i have had to learn , the amount of information that i have learned, and the amount of information that i already knew should have afforded me a better compensation plan.
Review from Operations Dept
Bigger raises. More than 3%.
I just wish I had. Better supervisor
Review from Customer Success Dept
Doing way more work than what we actually are compensated for.
the work load is to heavy and they dont pay enough for the job thats is done
Review from Operations Dept
The fact that our company bought Aetna and mad our maintenance perscriptions only available at CVS or mail order is rediculous not to mentio much more expensive than getting then at Walmart. So Im using Good Rx to fill my mote expensive prescription at walmart.
Better valued insurance plans co-pays and deductible.
Very undervalued and for the 4 times the work (they require) the pay is not worth the stress.
Review from Customer Support Dept
cost of living is really high and with children and commuting to work I believe we should be paid a little better
Review from Operations Dept
I have had the same insurance for the past 15 years and the premiums go up and the benefits go down more out-of-pocket expenses, and higher deductibles this is for employees only, and now every extra policy is alamode cha-ching. And PTO is used to even out a forty-hour week, 35 hours they use 5 PTO
