If you don't have a manager tittle you are technically nobody. Compensation is not competitive nor comparable to other companies.
Office politics and work culture became toxic and not dealt with
The end goal of this company seems less about ensuring good product goes out to consumers and more about exceeding expected profits. While it's important to ensure the company is staying profitable, the quality definitely lacks and doesn't reward the people who stick to a quality mindset.
The coworkers are very nice
Lots of communication and assistance from team members to ensure compliance and RFT for all products coming into the lab
