Immediate leadership is amazing and good at managing without micromanagement.

There is not leadership. Not formal training
Everything, management, staff training and involvement improve emapthy, communication, improve culture

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you don't have a manager tittle you are technically nobody. Compensation is not competitive nor comparable to other companies.
Office politics and work culture became toxic and not dealt with
The end goal of this company seems less about ensuring good product goes out to consumers and more about exceeding expected profits. While it's important to ensure the company is staying profitable, the quality definitely lacks and doesn't reward the people who stick to a quality mindset.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The coworkers are very nice
Lots of communication and assistance from team members to ensure compliance and RFT for all products coming into the lab
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to grow up, stop acting childish
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are nice. Some are very helpful while others are very lazy and extremely unproductive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Site leadership communication and actual recognition for hardworking employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to interview with both the director and associate director of the branch I would be working in
