Upper management is horrible. The person who run miami site is horrible at managing the place. Under her management, it's been going down hill.

The coworkers are very nice

The coworkers are nice. Some are very helpful while others are very lazy and extremely unproductive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you don't have a manager tittle you are technically nobody. Compensation is not competitive nor comparable to other companies.
