That they offer everything from Medical, Dental to 401k and Life Insurance. Also they offer Short Term Disability and FMLA, which is not very common in retail.
Manager would always talk to me unprofessionally
Management and leadership are awful. All stores in every district needs to re-evaluate their managements. Nobody wants to continue to be underpaid and work for such a miserable company.

Literally mistreated and held back from full pay
I do a lot for this job and get nothing back. I am supposed to get pto hours and don’t and im not sure of why. I feel like I work like a dog and don’t get noticed or helped
Managers do not make a livable wage. I'm there more than I am with my family and still can not make it on my own

They use to be extremely mean to me caused me to get depressed
my manager treats me like i’m a child and she says the meanest things to customers and employees. she embarrasses us in front of customers if we don’t know something and i’m quitting because of her. she has ruined my job experience and i will never work at RRS
Your pay shouldn't be about the same as new hired managers and you have been with the company 10 plus years.
