Rack Room is a friendly work environment. It is appeals to nice, friendly people.
Getting paid to simply supply customer service. Even when a product is unavailable from our company, I tend to take a further step to help find it elsewhere. If one can't sell the product, they should be able to at least sell the service!

Better management and actually training people
Training is a big part of making that location better
Many things and the improvements would need to be new maangemnt and more logical employees
Again - can be an amazing job i do feel as though as a second assistant they should be paid alot more than minimun wage considering the hours we worked and customers but the job isnt the problem its about where you are working at and whether its positive or negative it affects your mood how youwork
Employees need a survey on happiness
Sometime they get upset because there are certain shoes we don't carry anmore or not at all

No one helps with the work load. It all falls on one person everyday.
i don’t want to go to work because i fear my manager and what she’ll say to me or my coworkers. she makes me very uncomfortable and no one will listen to me or anyone else about how she is treating
The store manager is awful! All drama and hostility is because of her!
