Open communication, Inclusion training, and professionalism.
NOT GOSSIPING keeping a positve work enviroment, focusing on the job itsself NOT BAD MOUTHING EMPLOYEES. and actually being appreciative of hard worker people in their store
Less drama, more positive work enviroment focusing on the actual job instead of peoples business
people not being petty and haveing petty thoughts
Manager would always talk to me unprofessionally
Management and leadership are awful. All stores in every district needs to re-evaluate their managements. Nobody wants to continue to be underpaid and work for such a miserable company.

Workload is way too much for the pay we receive. This company never gives appreciation to their empoyees, its always just hounding us to do this and do that!
Bonus system is not competitive.
the things i do were not in the job description, pay me for what i do
Stop gossiping about people do our job without negativity
STOP TALKING ABOUT EMPLOYEES TO SALES ASSOCIATES TO MANAGMENT TO EVERYBODY, it was a constant gossip train wreck never got better even when bringing this to kaylas attention after we are 18 she doesnt have to deal with it anymore she says. How hard is it to do our job without drama?!
Less talking bad about people, focus on the job and helping customers
lazy people cant be worked with
You guys are asking way too many questions for my point to get across. The quality of life is terrible, they do not want to be working as hard as the managers while getting UNDERPAID.

A new district manager is needed in Delaware/Pennsylvania area
Better leaders who work the sales floor and doesn't hid in the back really do nothing as the administration side is simple but lack of actually working the floor. Just because you have been there 22 years doesn't mean you stop and make the new workers do all the work. you lead by example.
Encourage those who have been there for decades not to hinder new employees.
Better management who can deal with there emotions
Took 2 weeks and the system kept crashing
Asking more questions and not hiring people on the spot.
by having less questions and a better MANAGER
Better management and actually training people
Training is a big part of making that location better
Many things and the improvements would need to be new maangemnt and more logical employees
Again - can be an amazing job i do feel as though as a second assistant they should be paid alot more than minimun wage considering the hours we worked and customers but the job isnt the problem its about where you are working at and whether its positive or negative it affects your mood how youwork
Employees need a survey on happiness
The district manager and regional managers are awful and they do not care about the people that are positive influence within the store.
