Commission that i earn, but know it is similar to elsewhere

Hard working at grass root levels, but SMT is weak and dated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are dinosaurs sitting at the head of CPE division, who is pretty useless and vwry surprised how owen is still there!
