Personable and relevant. I was able to meet all of my prospective team members as well as other departmental managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We still receive annual bonuses! Granted, our bonus is based on company performance (which is expected), but when many companies have done away with bonuses altogether, Randstad still believes in them!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I help put people to work so that they can put food on the table and/or pay for extras in life such as lessons for their kids, family vacations, etc.
